From health struggles to pilates expertise

 

Hey! I’m Chelsea, a Pilates enthusiast who discovered this amazing practice while healing from a few too many dates with surgeons. Nothing like multiple surgeries to make you really appreciate your core muscles.


Classically trained with 600+ apprenticeship hours and additional barre certifications, I blend technical expertise with genuine enthusiasm for your progress. I specialize in spotting the subtle imbalances while creating sessions that challenge and delight in equal measure.


My greatest joy? Watching clients discover strength in muscles they never knew existed. Whether you're recovering, correcting posture issues, or simply seeking mindful movement, expect personalized attention delivered with warmth and just enough playfulness to make the hard work worthwhile.

Do I need to have Pilates experience to join a class?

Not at all! Classes welcome all levels, with personalized modifications so you can move at your own pace. If you’re brand new, recovering from injury, or managing health concerns, I recommend starting with a private 1:1 session.

Is Pilates a good workout for injuries or chronic pain?

Yes! Pilates can gently build strength and support recovery. Just check with your doctor first, and let me know so I can offer the right modifications.

Do I need to be a certain age, gender, or fitness level to do Pilates?

Pilates is for everyone... teens to seniors, beginners to athletes. No matter your background, the practice adapts to your needs and helps you feel more connected to your body.

How often should I do Pilates?

Consistency matters most. Starting with 2–3 sessions a week is a great way to see and feel results.

What should I wear to a session?

Comfortable, form-fitting clothing works best so I can see your alignment. Grip socks add extra stability but aren’t required.

What results can I expect from Pilates?

Most people notice stronger cores, better posture, more flexibility, and greater body awareness within weeks. With regular practice, you’ll feel stronger, more energized, and more at home in your body.
